Model European Union Warsaw 2018

You have an exclusive chance to join Model European Union Warsaw 2018. #MEUW2018 is a simulation of European institutions, which brings together skilled and motivated young people and gives them the opportunity to experience first-hand the legislative procedures of the EU. We will hold such a simulation in the capital of Poland, under the name MEU Warsaw already for the fifth time. Within the frame of the simulation, the participants will fill the roles of ministers in the Council of the European Union and MEPs in the European Parliament, wherein they will debate two legislative proposals. Several participants will take on the role of journalists, who will report on anything that happens in the course of MEU on a daily basis. The simulation will also feature a workshop and social activities, where the participants will be able to explore Warsaw as well as indulge in Polish culture and nightlife. MEU is an educational project that succeeds in giving participants the opportunity to develop their skills in EU lawmaking, debating and negotiations to understand the complexities of the EU in practice. Consequently, MEU is distinguished by its educational value, professionalism, as well as its contribution to the European integration.
